About this C-log

A clog is not a hideous (I apologize to clog-lovers) shoe that your mom (or at least MY mom) wears throughout the summer. A clog is short for a cooking log.
I made this clog because I’ve always loved to share my cooking experiences with people. While my friends have been great at paying attention to me describe how I crushed the garlic, minced the onions and picked baking flour instead of all-purpose flour for a certain recipe and whatnot, I think I want them to like me a little bit more. So I’ll give them a choice: go to my clog and read my recipes or not go to my clog and stop being friends with me.
I’m kidding!
But this clog is here so I can tell people about some new recipes I’ve tried out and which ones I highly recommend. I’ll even share my modifications of some recipes and if my modifications worked or not. Basically, this is sort of like my own cooking show. I don’t have the expertise or experience to get a slot on the Food Network or even to audition for their reality TV show.
I am open to constructive criticisms. After all, I’m as amateur as you could get. I can use a lot of advice on my cooking and baking. But I do like compliments too.
Oh, feel free to ask me to make something and I’ll consider it.

congrats on your clog (am not comfy with the term, but it will do). i’ve been cooking more lately, so i’m looking forward to your posts.
